prime location in downtown, everything within reach! rooms were clean, modern, comfortable. Staff were super friendly. 😊 One downside: 🍳 breakfast could be better with meat options.

We booked quiet rooms with a super comfortable bed, TV. After a long drive the nice staff was waiting for us.

Spotless, good value hotel, its location was absolutely perfect and convenient and adjacent to the downtown restaurants as well as the Charlotte Transportation Center. Toast, cereal, muffins, fruit, and eggs were a nice touch.

we had a great time staying at Springhill Suites. the location was perfect for walking around uptown. the breakfast had a wide variety and was well stocked. the room and bathroom were spacious with a very comfortable bed. the staff was nice and helpful. the room was very clean, and the hotel was up to our standards of cleanliness.

The room was fairly quiet and provided with TV and a super comfortable bed, as for instance. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of meals. The staff were nice and courteous and always had a smile.

We truly enjoyed the hotel, it was nice and had stunning location very close to train line and the downtown center of Charlotte and the downtown restaurants. Our rooms were quiet and updated and had a fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a seating area.

The staff was very very helpful and particularly helpful and the place was spotless. We had toast, cereal, muffins, fruit, and eggs for breakfast. Spent here 1 pleasant day and would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was super central, close enough to Charlotte, NC, so many wonderful restaurants, and the Charlotte Transportation Center. Thanks to the top-class and efficient staff everything was very good. The breakfast offered toast, cereal, muffins, fruit, and eggs.

Loved sipping cocktails at the swanky 3 Eleven Bar, staying in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, and feeling safe with all the security features. The hotel also had a great breakfast and friendly staff.

Oh no, I just hate it when a hotel offers free WiFi but charges for it anyway. So annoying.

The room we had included a fridge, coffee/tea making machines and a seating area. The location was marvellous, for example, Transportation was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

This hotel offers nicely furnished rooms with TV, relaxing lounging area to watch TV. The staff are extremely friendly and the location is excellent and beautiful next to the train station. And it's right by the stadium and about 30 bars/restaurants.

The cozy, homely decor at the hotel made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, and the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with well-lit hallways and easy-to-use elevators, making it stress-free for us seniors to move around.

The children of the staff could consider adding more comfortable seating areas for seniors to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Charlotte.

I had very very good experience and would love to stay here again. The hotel was beautiful and great, as for me everything was very good. Yogurt, eggs, toast, muffins and hot waffles was a bonus. The location was magnificent, you can visit Transportation by walking.
